Ineligible Products for Exchanges/Refunds

The following are not eligible for returns/exchanges:

- Any item reported after 7 days from the delivered date.
- Any item that shows any signs of usage. The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition for the return to be eligible.
- Any item that has been damaged intentionally.
- Any item returned without any previous notice or in spite of the return request denied by our customer service.
- Any item returned to Koreabe because it was unclaimed or the address was wrong/insufficient.

Return Items

-Customers need to contact first our customer service(info@koreabe.com) to make request of return.
-The return request must be made within 7 business days from the delivered date.
-If the return request is approved from our side, the customer must need to send the package to the address provided by email.
-The customer must send the package back to the same company which made the delivery.
-Shipping cost (original shipping cost + return shipping cost) of returned parcels will not be refunded.

 

Damaged items

- Please prepare the following information before you make a request to our customer service.(info@koreabe.com)
- Order Number / Pictures of Opened Package / Pictures of Damaged / Pictures of Damaged Parts - Please contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving your package.
- A refund for the damaged items will be provided according to the degree of the damage, following our internal policy and regulation.

Missing items

- Customers need to provide the order number, invoice paper, pictures of the entire items they received, and if possible, the picture of the parcel box when it was delivered so that we can review it.
- Please note that it is challenging to provide a refund if the invoice paper is not presented as it is difficult to check on the items.
- Please understand that redelivery of the product is not possible.

Customs

- Customers are fully responsible for any customs related issues, such as Customs Taxes, Import Taxes, Value added Taxes, etc.
- Customers are required to pay charges such as customs fees, service fee, administration fee, warehousing fee related to customs.
- Customs issues vary by country, so customers need to contact the local customs office for detailed information to avoid potential problems.

Refunds

-All refunds will take approximately 7 to 14 business days depending on the payment method it was used.(Credit card or Paypal)
