I have dry skin, so recc for oily one. Light, absorbs well, no irritation but if you have oily, acne prone skin, oily type, this woild be a good choice. But for dry skin is not a goid choice.
For sensitive skin carrot ones are the best. No irritation just calm, glowy skin! Used after training. Calmed skin well.
