Shipping Policy

The following are not eligible for returns/exchanges:

- Any item reported after 7 days from the delivered date.
- Any item that shows any signs of usage. The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition for the return to be eligible.
- Any item that has been damaged intentionally.
- Any item returned without any previous notice or in spite of the return request denied by our customer service.
- Any item returned to Koreabe because it was unclaimed or the address was wrong/insufficient.

Regulations concerning hazardous or restricted products vary by country. Koreabe does not assume responsibility for notifying customers of such regulations. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify with their local customs authority whether the product ordered is considered hazardous, restricted, or otherwise prohibited for import into their country. Koreabe shall not be held liable for any delays, refusals, or penalties arising from non-compliance with local laws and regulations.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when completing your order details. The process of changing the address is not easy.

-If the package has not yet been shipped, Koreabe can update the address on your behalf.

-If the package is currently in transit from Korea to its destination, Koreabe may (or may not) be able to modify the address; however, please note that the logistics company also may apply an additional service fee for this change.

-If the package has already arrived in the destination country, the customer must directly contact the local courier to request any address modification. Once the shipment reaches the destination country, Koreabe is unable to alter the delivery address from its side.

-Customers must first contact our Customer Service team at info@koreabe.com to request a return.
-Return requests must be submitted within 3 business days from the date of delivery.
-Once the return request has been reviewed and approved, customers will receive the return address by email.
-The return package must be sent back through the same courier company that originally delivered the order.
-All shipping costs, including the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee, are non-refundable.
- Due to hygiene and safety concerns, returns of makeup products are not accepted once delivered. Returns will only be considered if the makeup product arrives damaged in its original packaging.

-Before submitting a request to our Customer Service team (info@koreabe.com), please prepare the following information:
1) Order number
2) Photos of the opened package
3) Photos clearly showing the damage
4) Photos of the damaged parts/items
-All claims must be reported to Customer Service within 3 days of receipt of the package.
-Refunds for damaged items will be assessed and processed in accordance with Koreabe’s internal policies and regulations, based on the extent of the damage.

Customers must provide the following information when
submitting a claim:

-Order number

-Invoice document included in the package

-Photos of all items received

-A clear, unedited video recording of the package being opened from the beginning

Important Notes

-Due to the high amount of scam and misuse of our policies, a video of the package being opened is mandatory for all missing item claims. Claims without such video evidence will not be processed.

-Failure to provide the invoice document may make it difficult or impossible to process a refund, as verification of the items cannot be completed.

-Redelivery of products is not available under any circumstances.

-All refunds will take approximately 7 to 14 business days depending on the payment method it was used.(Credit card or Paypal)
